I had spent the last few weeks trawling over the Internet for hours looking for the right vehicle to purchase and low and behold I found the perfect vehicle right on my doorstep. The Eagle Motor Company stock quality vehicles at competitive prices, Chris and Toby were great there was no pressure sales talk because the condition of the Toyota said it all. If you are looking for that quality vehicle at the right price I would highly recommend Eagle Motor Company.
Great service Great aftersales. Few issues with pickup but none necessary there fault. But they sorted out promptly with no issues and were genuinely sorry.
I listed my Ford Transit Tourneo on the Motorway site. The auction ended 3.30pm Monday. Eagle Moror Co. were the highest bidder and were quick to message asking for a 3 minute walk round video of the car. Tuesday morning Toby rang to check whether Chris could collect the vehicle that afternoon as he had an opportunity to cadge a lift from friends. By 4pm, I had been paid and Chris had driven my Transit off to Nottingham. An unbelievably swift, smooth, pleasant, honourable transaction with no unnecessary haggling. Made all the more remarkable bearing in mind I live in Devon, close to the Cornish border. Chris and Toby excelled. Highly recommended motor traders.
communication was very good did have problems getting to Nottingham to pick up the vehicle understanding about this. vehicle was very clean as good as the day it was new.
Toby was very helpful whilst i inspected the car i was buying,he answered all my questions and the car was as advertised. I am very pleased with the service i received.

From the first direct contact we have received a really positive experience. Toby and Chris went out of their way to let us view the car on a Saturday as it was the only day we could visit. Both are genuine guys with no hard sell unlike other dealers. Whatever questions we asked were answered honestly and promptly as we received good advice before during and after the sale. Toby was instrumental in helping us secure the warranty we wanted. Chris delivered the car and when it arrived it looked brand new having been professionally detailed prior to delivery . Toby and Chris really care. Before during and their after service and advice is fantastic . Definitely deserve 5 stars from us. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly and Great attention to detail. The staff listen to customer needs and match it with the product that suits that specification. This is a true definition of excellent customer service.
